Are there any differences or distinct advantage for using either the trigger shifters/ grip shifters?

Which is more responsive?

to me.. i prefer trigger to grip
reason.. i feel its more easier to shift..

trigger shifter for me. faster and easier to shift..

I just changed my grip to trigger....^_^
