Thanks for sharing.

However, there's some in our group that stops abruptly along the way, and causing others to avoid them by moving out to the right... IMO, they should stop at bus-stops, or other places (to the left or pavement) so that other riders do not need to "eat" out of their lane.

Eddie, Thanks for the note. As the group gets bigger it will be neccessry. I will update and talk more on hand signals during our safety briefing on the Sunday ride. For hand signals, old birds and regulars. I am counting on u to use them on the rides.. so the newbies will "monkey see, monkey do."

Lastly another trick I use when group is to big. I break into small pax so it is more manageable. To do this well, we need to appoint extra lead and sweep. Regulars and old birds, I need ur help on this. Thanks!
