Where to buy safety reflector (vest lookalike)

Hi all,

I would like to buy something like a safety vest but is w/o the vest, meaning is only the reflector where i can wear on it.

It is something like a harness but with only the reflector.

To have a better pic, one of the mod is wearing it while take the photo of "2011-09-25 Orchard flash mob ride"

I try to find online such as ebay, amazon etc but couldn't find it

Anyone know of any website or shop that i can purchase it pls let mi know.
