HELP! New maxxis overdrive w/anti-puncture flat 3 tubes in 2km!

Help! I changed my tires to the maxxis overdrive 1.75 with kevlar belt for flat protection. But just within 2km i got 3 flats! The spokes in the rims are checked to be ok. Air pressure was within 40-50psi as specification. Anyone know what could I have done wrongly?

* check the inner side walls of ur rims for dent or chips
* are all the 3 flats on a same inner tube? if yes.. change a new one
* check for any objects in the inner parts of ur tires
* is ur rims belt thick enough to cover the spoke nipples..
* air pressure enough for ur weight?

I changed a total of 3 brand new tubes after every flat. 2 of which were maxxis tube. next one was china tube. it burst on both front and back tires

it seem to be ok on my stock mtb tire, did not cause any burst until replacing with this maxxis

I don't know this. I am 70kg, the psi is about 40-45 only

air pressure should be fine since im using around the same at 65kg
if none of these is the problem.. i cant think of any issue..

Maybe manafacturing defect or all your tube something wrong...
Maybe your wheelset got problem with the new tires too...

Thank you all for the advice. I had the rim tapes changed and it is so far so good after 40km ride
