| Date: 01 Oct 2011 (Sat)
Time: 7am. We start 7.15am. Light BF for energy! Will complete before 11am.
Meeting point: Carpark beside Changi Ferry Terminal(not Changi POINT, Changi point is where u go Pengerang). Free Parking
View Changi Ferry Terminal
Objective: Stamina Training. There is no traffic light. We maintain a constant speed throughout the stretch.
Route: 4 x Changi Coastal Road (or 2 loops). Each Stretch is about 5.8km. Start from Changi Ferry Terminal, U turn Traffic light before the right turn into NSRCC.
Stretch 1: Aviation Park Road Traffic Light down Coastal Road. U turn at Traffic Light before the turn into NSRCC. Rest at the Gate Area after you make the U turn.
Stretch 2: Back to Aviation Road Traffic Light
Stretch 3: Repeat 1
Stretch 4: Repeat 2
View Route
Average Speed: Target maintain around 25-30km/h
Note:
1. Not Suitable for Begineer.
2. PLEASE WEAR A HELMET.

| Hi guys. Looking at weather forecast, sat morning may rain as well.
1. I'll update here and on FB if the ride is cancelled, at abt 6am. Sat.
2. If it looks like it's going to rain or raining when you are about to leave home, I'll suggest not to come.

| anyway, i think most don't know me....i'm friend to francis, taiwoon, tah ching. Used to be colleages and we chit chat a lot about cycling. Have not joined any of the rides because sunday clash with my activities....met Matt yesterday and knew about this ride. Looking forward to ride, adrenaline building!
