Upgrading my Dahon Speed D7 2008

I just got me this bike and i think i want to zhng it a little bit.

I have in mind to change my crankset and rear wheel sprocket to a shimano parts. Anyone had done this kinda upgrades before? Willing to share with me?

You can consider SRAM and might need to change the shifters too.. bring your bike down to MBS (My Bike Shop) and see what they can recommend with your budget.

I'm already on SRAM...but i want more haha kidding.

Steve i know you have pretty cool setup for your dahon..quite well covered on that upgrade section. Thumbs up.

Was at MBS last week as i had purchased my bellelli child seat. Perhaps i can drop by again.

Upgrade to 7 to 9 speed cassette.

Let me know if you need hanger to mount standard SRAM or Shimano derailuer to your frame. Have fabricated some extra hanger for sale. It was designed for boardwalk but should fit Speed frame.
