| Hi guys,
I understand from Woon Taiwoon that some of you have been asking about the kopi rides. If some of you remembered, I did a coffee appreciation workshop before at Yahava Koffeeworks. I would appreciate if you can state your interest below if you want me to organise it again. It will be $15 per pax where you get a cup of gourmet coffee from Yahava and will get to taste three to four different types of roast.
Ride date: 10 November 2012
Update
A group of us will be riding down from Tiong Bahru to Bishan (10km) This will be a slightly faster group for confident road riders. We will meet 745 am outside Yakun at Tiong Bahru Plaza and ride down to Bishan Mrt Station.
Ride Details
Ride Lead: Ivan (Road cycling) and Bless (Pavement & PCN)
Route: Bishan Mrt --> Bishan Park --> Upper Thompson
Meet location : Bishan Mrt station
Time: 830 am. Should finish around 11am
Makan Point: To be adviced later
Distance: 5 Km (Unless you guys want a longer ride, then can join some of us from Tiong Bahru)
Pace: 20 -25km/h, we might do a split with a faster group.. depending on the turnup.. pls indicate ur speed
Remarks: Group 1:All Road. Not children friendly, please take note
Group 2: Pavement & Bishan Park
Sweeper: (Bless or Diane)

2) Ride will be canceled if heavy rain.
3) Bring your own spare tube or cab fare.
4) Do wear a helmet if u have / Proper covered shoes for your own safety
5 ) Those joining the ride, pls comply to ALL LTA rules on cycling on public road during the ride.
6) Strictly cycle in a single file on public roads unless overtaking.
7) Follow the lead rider and don’t over take. Inform lead and Sweeper if u leaving group
Help one an other, it is not a race. We get home as a team, suffer as a team
9) If there is a long gap from riders, pls inform lead rider and help to spread out to avoid break contact
10) Lead rider have right to stop rider from continuing if he deems the riders to be not in a condition to ride.
11) We reserve the rights to refuse any participation from any cyclist(s) at any point of time.
12) To instill and promote safety in cycling, we will not hesitate to "STRONGLY ADVISE" rider(s) who compromises safety on himself and/or the whole group during the ride.
13) We are just an informal group of cyclists, therefore none of us is liable or responsible for any accident or mishap that occurs to you during any of the rides we organise.
14) Always cycle with safety in mind at all times.
15) By joining the ride, means you have read the Terms and Conditions with full understanding

Ivan and I would probably cycle up from Tiong Bahru and meet you guys at Bishan MRT. It will be mostly roads. If anyone else would like to cycle up with us. Please feel free to join us. Probably leave around 7.30ish.
