10 March 2013 Let's go exploring Southern Ridges

High! Be ready to push and work those thighs a bit. But first we start low-flat discover along Labrador Park where there is abit of history from 1870s and where something you riding along with the waves.

Then (green) thumbs up for a visit to Hort Port centre before walking on the opened leaf that has fallen across Alexandra Road. Don't get it? Never mind save your effort for the steady climb of 36m to the top of Henderson Waves. Surf along and enjoy the spectacular view that stretches on and on, left and right, till our next high point - Mt Faber! Work those muscles again and you'll be rewarded with a view that's out of Singapore where some southern islands @ the horizon.

The real high point which is the Drop - be very careful on the thrilling way down. Ensure & Check your brakes are in good condition accompany by 'eeeeeeek brake'

Surely we'll be R(idling) also pushing and there are lots of P(hoto) opportunities. Where is the E(at) shall let food advisor decide ok.
