I am glad that I finally made it! Thanks for the great ride Matt. and the delicious curry puff, Taiwoon. Great to see so many old friends too.

Thank you for organising this trip........from today's performance, I think I still stick to the slowest group for the 128km ride...... hee hee

How u guys find the pace . Too slow, fast or just nice? Avg about 20 to 23km/hr

Head wind is your friend, because it helps to train harder in a shorter time!

The pace was okay for...ESP it was e virgin ride of my BF Smile

but not sure if the dist is x3.... pale

There will be another warm up ride right? Look fed to that!! alien

always keep them at 80 PSI to ensure the least rolling resistance possible, and keeping the protection of the marathons!

Hi Vince, sorry abit dodo here. How do I actually know what PSI am I on? The last time I pumped the tires was during Potong Pasir Ride when GL helped me to pumped it. I think during then was just pump until hard.

Oh, time to get yourself a floor pump..
either topeak or lezyne brand is good, as long as there is a gauge on the pump to show the pressure level. and if you have a roadbike (that usually requires pressure up to 145PSI), get a pump with max rating up to at least 160 PSI. the max rating will be stated on the floor pump's packaging. otherwise, 120psi pump is good enough.
max tire pressure can found on the sides of every tire. for marathon, max is 85 PSI. I always pump to 80 PSI, its not recommended to pump up directly to the max. minimum is 65 I think.
try to get in the habit of checking the tire pressure before every ride. Smile
