| hello team,
help me out here.. what do u want to learn about bicycle servicing? Gimme the top 5 items... I will work on this for a incoming ride. Promise.
From the team...
Items we want to know and learn
1.Drivetrain maintenance -- Chain wear, chain cleaning, break chain , install easy link, correct oiling, lube to use
2.Gear tuning -More specifically how to install and to correct the alignment/adjustment of the deraileurs
3.Brake tuning - Correct clearance and brake pad check/ replace
4.Changing of tyres - patch inner tube, what/where to buy patch kit and how to use.
5.Wheelset maintenance - check and maintain bearing, true spokes, check if rim is spin straight

| Oh,i meant on how to true the spokes,maintain the bearings and how to prevent it from being dented and stuff like that... Just want to make my bike last a real long-long time... So must know all this!  | |

| Check out the ride on 3rd April, and I got the best of the best. Steve the Zng master to show how he does his bike check and service. Bring ur camera and come with questions. We also got the gurus like Mr Teo and KC who knows a thing or two about bike repairs.... - Amy wrote:

1. how to change tires
2. how to take out back wheel & putting it back without killing the rear d
3. how to maintain/clean/lube both Ds and chain
optional issues (for laughs)
4. how to make bike fly (like ET)
5. how to make myself taller so i can ride bigger bikes
