There is an open air car park at Seah Im Street. Coupon parking, but if display S$10.00 worth of coupons, you can park whole day (7am to 10pm) & whole night as well (free after 10pm till next morning 7am).

Alternatively (and this one I cannot confirm), you can park at Regional Ferry Terminal (RFT) - next to Harbourfront Centre. S$2.04 per entry on Sunday/PH, 7am to 1am the next day.

With regards to parking at Regional Ferry Terminal, this is what I got from the sgcarmart site. It seems like it is $2.04 per entry on Sunday, but I still not sure cos my engrish not so power.
