can, there is a fencing which u need to walk ur bike pass. it is very obvious one.

Rode into the 2 islands today, there are some heavy trucks along that road so gotta be careful. And it will be quite dusty.

Follow the road to Punggol park, to punggol road. Then u just ride down, pass Sengkang Esso station, head up to TPE bridge. Junction will be Punggol Fields, turn left and ride about 400 metres, turn right. Punggol MRT station is there. The place is quite open... so u can see far far. Alternatively, if u have iphone.. just type punggol MRT station... and follow the route.
