Time:
8.15pm. Leave at 830pm sharp.
Meet outside WEST COAST PARK Mc D, Look for blinking lights!
End ard 11.30pm

Objective:
Stamina training. Maintain at a specific speed throughout the ride. If you can ride comfortably at 20km/hr..try head for 23-25km/h for one entire stretch.

RouteWest Coast Park MC Donald Carpark(Free parking) to Tuas Ave 3 and loop back to West Coast Mc D.

Approx 44km on road.

Avg Speed25-30 km/hr

NOTE
1. This is not a Sunday ride
2. NOT Suitable for novice and beginner
3. You are responsible for yr own Safety!
4. MUST HAVE FRONT AND REAR LIGHTS!
5. Pls view the road detail, there will be no sweeper and safety vehicle.
