| Date: Friday 23 Sep Time: 815pm Venue: West coast MC Donald. In front of MC Donald. Route: To Pioneer Road end. 22 km one way View Route1. Regroup PointPioneer Road and Tuas West Road Junction. We will Turn LEFT at Tuas West Road, towards Tuas South Ave 3. Loop back @ Tuas South Ave 3 (end road) and head to mama shop for drinks.  Objective of RideTo train your stamina. Maintain at a constant speed throughout the stretch. If you can do 25km/hr. Target and maintain for 28-30km/hr. Speed: 25 to 35km/Hr The fast group can chiong. Main pack will maintain around 25km/hr Note: 1. All rides terms and condition apply 2. Pls ensure you fall within the indicated Speed 3. This is not the leisure Sunday ride. There is no sweeper and safety vehicle. 4. Strictly not for beginner -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Matt 2. Uncle Teo 3.
