Training time for the king of the hills...

Meet at Punggol MRT station 0730 (7th Aug 3011)
Route: Pungol MRT > lorong Harlus>> Loyang road >> Changi slopes loop X ~~4 reps~~ ok ok, maybe just 2...and then go to Changi Village for a nice hearty Nasi lemak!
Ride lead: Taiwoon
Distance: 30km I think...
Objective: love ur slopes... spin and spin.. Smile

If i come in my mini-velo, I'll end up being a snail. I rode it just the other day and felt that I was really slow. Got honked at quite a bit. Don't know if it's me or the bike. Probably both.
