| Ok dudes and dudettes,
If u think Sunday training not enough! We do Sat too!
Meet at Kranji war memorial Carpark, nearest MRT station is Kranji. @0730 (6th Aug 2011). Target end by 12noon.
Route: Mandai slopes loops X 2 (4 x along Mandai Road). We cycle end to end. Break and continue the routine.
Distance: Around 13km end to end.
Avg Speed: 25-35km/h on Road.
Objective: Train your stamina & Endurance. Learn how to shift yr gears to achieve max. speed up and down slopes.
Note: This is not the usual Sunday Ride. Strictly not for beginners!
