Hello all,

I totally forgot about this.. anyway.. lets help Nparks out...

Pls see the invitation from Nparks(Wesley Su)

"We will be having an event on the 24th September as part of our parks festival. This event is called "Lets Get Active". During this event, there will a few activities happening that day. There will be a cycle from East Coast Park to Bedok Reservoir Park via Bedok Park Connector. A run around Bedok Resrvoir Park and a briskwalk from Sun Plaza park to Bedok Reservoir Park. All these activities will converge at a carnival where there will be different stalls from sporting retailers, e.g Newton Shoes, 2XU, Lifecycle, Polar Watches etc. There will also be roaming street artists and Singapore's first water fire display. This will also be a charity event where we will donate all registration proceeds to the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.
As such, we would like to invite you and your group of cyclists to particpate in the cycling leg of the event. The cycling leg is about 10km long and will start at the Angsana Green at East Coast Park. Participants are also entitled to our Parks Festival goodies."

Meeting point: Angsana green East Coast Park (This is the open grass area beside the East Coast Hawker centre) at 3.00pm. We will flag off at 5pm to Bedok Reservoir
Time of ride: ~~0430pm~~ 3pm
Distance: 10km one way
Notes: Ride registration fees will be waived for Lovecyclingsg, but would appreciate if u can donate from the heart. There will be donation cans at the registration booth where your guys can donate on their own if they wish to. This is not obligatory. The funds will be used for Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund

I need to send the name list to Nparks so they can prepare and know how many riders will turn out.. Pls support and thanks! Very Happy
