More details on the Treasure hunt

Date: 27th Nov 2011, Sunday, Briefing @ 0730
Reporting Time: 0715
Start point location : Seng Kang River side park. At the Mushroom pot

Estimated Distance covered – 30-35km

Briefing @ 0730 by George Lim
Hard stop by 12pm noon. RTU to Seng Kang River side park
If late back- every 5 min is 2 points

Makan + drinks at mushroom pot at 1230pm. We will have to charge $10 for the food/drinks -Team leader please collect and pass it to me at the start point. Thanks!
Prize presentation @ 1.30pm - Makan and mingle:)

Game Rules
Team with the most number of check points and fastest time wins
At every check point, the team must take a photo with min 5 person inside the image
Safety at all times, need to complete as a team
Each location correct will be 10 points. If late back- every 5 min is 2 points

How the treasure hunt is to be played.
Team will be issued the first check point photo graphs.
(5 locations = 5 persons needed) 5 locations are Pungol bridge to Lor harlus, Pungol end plaque, Sun rise bridge, Pungol Popeye, Pungol water way bridge )
Note down the timing on the issue map(signed by TW or George to calculate timing)
Despatch using first photo graph. On reaching the first check point, the team will be issued the full set of images to locate. They are free to plan their route.
Additional equipment needed: each team to have smartphone/digital camera to take photographs(with all ur team mates inside)- Taiwoon and George to verify at end point

Event prizes sponsor: very kindly sponsor by Lifecycle
1st team with fastest timing and most location correct - $50 voucher for each participant
2nd team with fastest timing and 2nd location correct -$30 voucher for each particpant
Best dressed/novelty prize - $10 voucher for each participant
