SUNLOVE RIDE FOR RATIONS 2012

This cycling event, 'Ride for Rations 2012' is organised Bike-Aid (Singapore).

Last year 'Ride for Rations 2011', S$78,120 was raised and this sum has been channelled towards sponsoring monthly rations (amounting to S$70) for 93 deserving families registered with the Sunlove Marsiling Neighbourhood Link.

This year 'Ride for Rations 2012', the organisers are hoping to expand the number of needy families and therefore each participant is expected to raise a minimum sum of S$500 from relatives, colleagues and friends. All funds/donations received will go directly towards the purchase of food rations for the beneficiaries. All expenses related to the organization of the Malacca-Singapore ride will be borne by riders and supporters who will have to pay a registration fee of S$200 per person.
