The nearest carpark is after changi ferry road, carpark 7, changi ferry terminal carpark

Does this means if we want to ride there via roads, we will have to ride from CV? Or is it better to go via PCN from NSRCC?

Boo, I think the roads are closed for this event. So will be PCN.
I will be out of town next week, can someone help lead this?
