Time: 730am. Come 7am for warmup. Light BF for energy! Will complete before 12noon.
Meeting point: Carpark beside Changi Ferry Terminal(not Changi POINT, Changi point is where u go Pengerang). Free Parking

Objective: Stamina Training
Route: 4 x Changi Coastal Road (or 2 loops). Each Stretch is about 5.8km. U turn at Aviation Road.
Average Speed: target maintain around 30km/h

My apolOgies Fong, there is only that few road we can train on without getting caught in traffic. I try to alternate the route, last week is Mandai.
You may want to initiate rides too!

KC. No worries. We train so we can up our engine to match yrs! Emmm if we are able to UP! lol

Matt, i wanna try...may not be able to keep up constant speed at 30km/hr, but can always crawling at the back....haha

btw, i supposed we will stop a while at each end? else dun think will end so late rite? heehee...

hmm..route is 4x5.8 km = 23.2 km
Ave speed 30 km/hr, ie can complete in about 50 mins.
With 1 hr rest in between, we can finish in 2 hrs....correct or not??

Please include me, warming up by cycling there and be there at 7.30am... in yellow MTB.
