| i think if you asked someone who has fallen off a bike before and knocked their head, everyone will tell you that they are glad they wore a helmet. | |

| Holland is the home of bicycle. In fact it is a way of life. Bicycles are not regarded as just a sport.. it is like air... they do it without thinking and quite amazingly...their law do not require an helmet. I went there for work and it is really nice. U dont feel threatened on the roads like u do here in SG. Google is a wonderful tool..
