Hello

For those who wanted to have their cold drinks stay cold for a little while longer, the Polar Bottle (logo is a Polar Bear) at Takashimaya, L4 Sports Section is having offer @ $19.90 (24oz) and $18.90 (20 oz).

Think the price is quite good (correct me if I am wrong). What a Face

For those going for this Sunday's 128km ride, will be nice to have some cold isotonic drinks during the ride.

Cant remember mine is polar or not. Something similar I bought at LifeCycle. It wont stay cold for long.

Yes the exact same one. They tend to sell out very fast due to the low price there..

One of our riders Jimmy Lam suggested to put the bottle in the freezer overnight, before filling it with cold water the next morning before your ride. It will stay cold much longer that way..

Yes, tats wat I did to prolong the coldness. heeeheee

Let me share with you a better idea.

Buy the taller size, fill 50% of it with water and throw in freezer overnight, the next day just top up the other 50% with normal water and drop in 1 electrolyte tablet.

Cold cold all the way for many hours.
