Sure! I am not so familiar with this route. You lead, I can follow. Whats the distance? I cannot chiong 100km in one leg! I prefer progressive training.

I may be joining too, but I should be starting training after the new year.. busy social schedule now hehe..

i got new friend joining me....but she very scare once i told her half island....coz she try coastal ride and she just wan to train coastal ride again b4 go for longer distance....think half island will be postpone to a later date....sat morning she wan to do coastal ride so anybody interested?? how about 930am ecp mac??

What's the route? Mac to coastal road to Changi Point? Via PCN or main road?

Ecp Mac to changi v and back.....
we will be using half pcn half road......
meaning from Mac pcn until water point (safra chalet) rest point, after that we contiune to coastal( on the road) to changi V and back to mac....

wah matt has the training plan all figured out! haha but then seriously 128km not play play one. last time i go like 68km night cycling quite cui already. must really train one cannot one shot go so far.

Yes Steve. That's why plan for progressive training over 8 weeks. Furthermore we are on Foldies. Have you join this before?

No leh nv join before. Feels too long for me leh. If its like 80 or 100 then maybe haha.

i'm actually interested to join the Bike Rally, having witnessed them passing by my area over the years. I must say, there are quite a lot of cute chix in the rally, all shapes & sizes. (maybe that's why i'm joining. ) Is there a sizeable group in this forum joining? Can I join you guys if so?

Hi Clarence. Should we do a progressive distance built up over the next 7 weeks? Some of us may find 128km challenging while others may find it a piece of cake to others. I reckon at the end of the day, our aim is to ensure the group from team LUV cycling SG complete the rally. Let me know what you think and welcome inputs from all.
