Ming and I have registered for the ride too. In case you can't remember who we are....we are the 2 gila women from KL at your Ironbutt ride.

A bunch of foldie riders from KL have also registered.
It will be great to meet up with you guys in Penang.

Hello Wey and Ming,

How can forget the brave duo on Flamingos! It was amazing to see ur determination despite suffering from a bad back and leg cramp. Ming literally fall off her bike... and say.. I am ok I am ok..cramp...smile feebly while Shareen helped rub down the deep heat. You folks rock!

Hi Ming and Wey,

Glad to join you and out of the 3000 ppl there, hope we can find you among the crowds... Else will have to meet somewhere before we go to the meeting point.

Aside to the other Singaporean whom have registered, we will have to car pool, find car, apply leave for our "long weekend", book our hotel, plan our driving route and stop point for rest and good food... etc etc. See when free come out to la kopi... hehe

Eddie, further to yr discussion w Peter, we are keen to drive up with u guys. Not sure if Peter decides to participate in e ride though.

He knows Penang quite well. And said he can arrange for service apt that can take up to six-eight pax per family room. Do make arrangement to meet up for further discussion Wink

9th night- Ming and I are taking the KTM train fr KL

10th - arrive in the morning, relax and collect jersey and goodies bags.

11th - CFAL ride day, relax in the evening

12th - leaving by KTM train in the afternoon and arrive in KL at night.

We'll be staying in Red Inn Heritage. Double room with aircon but shared bathroom is RM60 per night. We stayed there twice before. They are clean and about 1 km away from starting point at the Esplanade. Provides free breakfast too.
