Well done guys. I noted that this is quite a long distance under hot sun. Suggest all riders have at least 2 bottles and train seperately for this. And Sunblock is a must too....Start off an item list to get... Pls help me fill it in...

Essential items list
1) repair kit - include tube and patch kit
2) 2xwater bottle
3) Sun block
4) extra change of clothes
5) Swimming gear.-- note the fun the recce grp had...
6) lights - For those who like to try riding in pitch black and have a lovely view of the stars
